ACADEMY ETIQUETTE
Our facility is used by a wide range of people with diverse goals.
In order to ensure a safe and clean environment we ask all students to adhere to our list of rules which include our code of conduct and etiquette

*WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
HYGIENE
Maintain good hygiene. Come bathed and use deodorant. Light Cologne or Perfume would be nice.
CLEANING STATIONS
Cleaning stations are located in all corners of the facility. We encourage to sanitize equipment after use.
The products we offer for use include Purell, Lysol, Febreze, Benefact Decon 30 (disinfectant).
Mops are provided for students in case of spot cleaning.
KEEP CLOTHES CLEAN
Wash your uniform regularly and have extra shirts in case of sweat.
NO JEWELRY
No wearing jewelry of any kind. During contact drills earing, nose rings or any other piercings may get in the way.
FEEL SICK? STAY HOME
Please stay home if you are not feeling well. No need to spread any potential viruses. You may return when you become symptom free.
LISTEN TO INSTRUCTORS
The academy is a sanctuary to work on ones self. Respect and discipline are very important to us.
Listen to the instruction of the staff at all times.
CLEAN HANDS
Wash your hands with saop and water before and after training.
TOWELS
All students are required to bring a towel to help with sweat control.
UNIFORMS
All students are required to wear the academy uniform which includes a YMT apparel and Thai shorts.
We offer a variety of apparel: shirt, tank top, racerback, hoodie, sweater.
Women are able to wear yoga pants.
NO CHEWIN GUM
Students are not allowed to chew gum during class to prevent choking or it falling out on the gym floor
COVER CUTS / OPEN WOUNDS
In the event your skin breaks in the form of a cut, blister or open wound please tend to it immediately.
A first aid kit is available to use with all contents needed. The kit can be found in the bathroom behind the vanity mirror.
